Planning for the Academic Year

Please see below for the direct costs for the academic year. While each semester is billed separately, it’s best to plan ahead and budget for the entire academic year in advance. 

Nursing Program Fee: $1,250 per semester 
Course Fees: $85–$300 for courses with significant material costs, such as science labs or studio art (please see course descriptions for details)
Student Health Insurance Requirement (SHIP): All students are required to have health insurance coverage; students without health insurance may purchase the College's plan with Blue Cross Blue Shield at an estimated annual cost of $3,900.

Students may want to plan for indirect expenses such as transportation, personal expenses, and books and supplies. Although the amounts may vary, below are some annual estimates to help with your planning.

*This may vary depending on program of study and method of purchase. The Emmanuel College Bookstore is a great resource for finding the most cost-effective way to access needed course materials. In addition to new and used books, e-books, and book rentals may be available.

The cost is $2,200 per four credit undergraduate summer course. Course fees may be charged for science labs and studio art courses. Please see course descriptions for details.

The summer session tuition bill is made available in late April and due prior to the start of the session. Summer tuition charges may be paid online. To access your tuition bill, log in to EC Online Services and select the Billing and Payment Center. Payments may be made from one or a combination of payment methods.
