Advancing workplace diversity is more important today than it ever has been.

While diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is not a new competency in the workplace, more and more consumers are seeking businesses with a proven commitment to DEI, and employees are looking to leadership to make substantive change.

The Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Emmanuel College prepares you with the core knowledge needed to work successfully in non-profit, public and private industries. The curriculum challenges you to develop skills that will allow you to think critically, develop effective programs and practices, and build a framework for inclusive leadership for yourself and your organization across industries.
