Faculty may borrow up to 41 iPad minis for up to one semester classroom use. Short term loans of a limited number of additional items, including graphics tablets, screencasting equipment, video lighting kit and microphones. Additionally, faculty can request software semesterly for instructional and research purposes.

Limitations/Scope
ATIG does not purchase software that is not used directly for teaching and/or academic research. ATIG does not provide training on research software such as SPSS, SAS, Matlab, etc., but we can assist you with identifying training resources.

One-on-one and small group training on the use of the standard and dual-screen Emmanuel classroom technologies. Training for use of whiteboards, tablets and other specialized classroom technologies by appointment.

Research to identify and evaluate appropriate technology tools to support faculty-specified teaching and research needs, whether for a specific discipline, or to support such activities across disciplines. Consultation and basic training on uses as resources allow. Examples: identify best tool for creating animations to illustrate a biology concept; identify game that teaches about election campaign strategies; identify polling tool with a given set of parameters; evaluate whether a publisher's multimedia can be integrated with ECLearn.
