The requirements for international applicants include:
Application Form
You may submit the Common Application online or by mail. If you would like an application mailed to you, please contact the Office of Admissions. There is a $60 application fee to submit a paper application; the fee is waived if you apply online.
Official Secondary School Transcript
Official transcripts are required from each secondary school attended, and you must submit your first marking period grades as soon as they become available. Your secondary school administrator may submit your current high school transcript by mail or through the Common Application website. Transcripts not in English must be translated into English by a certified translator. Official, final secondary school transcripts with proof of graduation must be received before enrolling at Emmanuel. Secondary school transcripts must include all courses taken and grades received. National examination results should be included, but will not be considered an official transcript alone.
Official College Transcripts (transfer applicants only)
If you are applying as a transfer student, we require official transcripts from each post-secondary institution attended, including grades from the most recent semester. All transcripts not in English must be translated into English by a certified translator. In addition, transcripts from institutions outside of the United States must be reviewed by an official credential evaluator. It is highly recommended, but not required, to have transcripts reviewed by an official credential evaluator. Please see the following links for official credential evaluators:

Your recommendations should come from your school's college counselor and an academic teacher of your choosing. If your school does not have a college counselor, please request a letter from your advisor or school principal. All recommendations must be written in English or translated into English by a certified translator.
Standardized Test Scores (Optional)
Applicants for admission are not required to submit standardized test scores (SAT and ACT). If you choose to submit your test results, please have them sent directly from the testing agency or indicated on your official secondary school transcript. The Emmanuel College CEEB code is 3368. Please visit our test-optional information page for more information.
Proof of English Proficiency
If English is not your first language, you must submit an official Test of English Language Proficiency (TOEFL), International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or a DuoLingo score report. Please note if you have attended high school in the United States from freshman through senior year, or if your high school taught all subjects in English (excepting foreign language), the TOEFL can be waived. The minimum TOEFL score of 550 paper-based or 79 internet-based (iBT) is required. The minimum score required on the IELTS is 6.5. The minimum score required on DuoLingo is a 105.
