In addition to your grades and courses taken, we carefully consider what we learn about you from your recommendation letters, essay, activities, standardized test scores and other information presented about your background. Our process is thorough and individualized. We strongly encourage students interested in Nursing to apply no later than our Early Action Two deadline on December 15.

Due to the structure of the program Emmanuel does not accept transfer students to the program. All applicants must apply using the first-year Common Application.

The requirements for domestic first-year applicants include:

Application Form

You may submit the Common Application online or by mail. If you would like an application mailed to you, please contact the Office of Admissions. There is a $60 application fee to submit a paper application; the fee is waived if you apply online. Please note: If you are a home-schooled student, use the code 970000 for the secondary school block on the Common Application.

Official High School Transcript

Your school counselor may submit your current high school transcript by mail or through the Common Application website. When your first marking period grades become available, please be sure the grades are submitted to our office. Click here to see the coursework we review as part of your high school transcript.

Two Letters of Recommendation

Your recommendations should come from your school counselor and an academic teacher of your choosing.

Standardized Test Scores

Fall 2023 applicants applying for Nursing are not required to send SAT/ACT scores. If a student chooses to submit test scores they must be sent directly from the testing agency or from your school counselor. The Emmanuel College CEEB code is 3368

Interview (recommended)

While not required, an interview with an admissions counselor is recommended to help the Admissions Committee learn more about your background and interest in attending Emmanuel. Interviews are available on campus or can be scheduled with your admissions counselor while they are visiting your area. Click here to schedule an on-campus interview

If you choose to mail any documents, please send all application materials to the following address:
