Emmanuel College welcomes applications from students across the country and around the world. Our students come from 37 states and territories as well as 52 countries, and bring with them a wealth of experiences and knowledge to share with the Emmanuel community.

Emmanuel is a proud member of the Common Application, which is a standardized admissions application accepted by nearly 500 higher education institutions in the United States.

In our application review, Emmanuel College considers all aspects of your record and experience as part of the admissions decision.

In addition to your grades and courses taken, we carefully consider what we learn about you from your recommendation letters, essay, activities, standardized test scores and other information presented about your background. Our process is thorough and individualized.

We look for applicants who have taken a strong secondary school academic program and recommend that you complete a set of coursework during your secondary school years

For several years, Emmanuel has been evaluating the admission process to determine the best predictors for student academic success. After studying national research and considering our own experiences, it is now clear that standardized test scores are not the best indicator of academic success in college.

You may be able to accelerate your academic program at Emmanuel College through advanced standing credit, including Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB) and college credit from other institutions.
