In the event that a faculty member needs to cancel an individual class meeting, the faculty member should contact the Office of the Registrar as soon as possible at (617) 735-9960 or regmail [at] emmanuel.edu (regmail[at]emmanuel[dot]edu).

It is not advised to contact an individual member of the Office of the Registrar, unless copying regmail, in case that staff member is not in the office that day.

The Office of the Registrar will post a class cancellation sign outside of the classroom door and on the bulletin board outside of the Office of the Registrar. If time permits, based on faculty contact with the Office of the Registrar, we will notify the students via email as well.
