In each course, I gained valuable knowledge that directly relates to my career and honed my presentation and public speaking skills. These skills now set me apart as an industry professional.”

As a senior project manager for the TIMI Study Group at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Kimberly draws on the expertise she gained through Emmanuel's Research Administration Program on a daily basis. Working with directors, researchers and study sponsors, she helps to establish, maintain and compile policies and procedures related to large-scale clinical trials focused on cardiovascular disease. To keep the trials on track, Kimberly must understand federal regulations, clinical research conduct, laws, guidelines and standards. Her work also calls on her to maintain site payments, facilitate contract execution and equipment logistics, manage direct reports, monitor reports and conduct presentations related to departmental and trial goals, strategies, outcomes and training. Her Emmanuel education, Kimberly says, has helped her to successfully manage all of these responsibilities.
