Limited support is available for students. Staff/faculty support is wide-ranging and includes up to a full computer replacement depending on level of repair needed. Student support is limited to diagnosis on a "best effort" nature with advice on local repair service shops.
Emmanuel IT does not make hardware or major software repairs to student computers. All support to student hardware is on a "best effort" nature and focused on educating the student on best route to repair themselves or get cost effective repairs outside Emmanuel.
