Saints Clinch Top Seed, To Host GNAC North Playoffs

With a sweep of Anna Maria College on April 28th, the Emmanuel College softball team clinched the top seed in the North Division of the upcoming GNAC tournament. The Saints concluded the regular season with a 24-12 overall record, including a 15-1 conference mark.

The GNAC tournament will kick off on Thursday, May 2nd with a double header at Roberto Clemente Field. Emmanuel will host the winner of the Saint Joseph's College (ME) vs. Suffolk University match up beginning at 4:30 p.m. The Saints' game is set for 6:30 p.m.

Students are encouraged to swing by early to cheer on their top-ranked Saints as well as take part in a corn hole tournament in the outfield between games starting at 6:00 p.m.
