The College's leadership team is comprised of administrators who are committed to and passionate about the Emmanuel mission. This team embraces its responsibility of supporting institutional effectiveness and integrity, and creates, sustains, and supports teaching, learning, service, scholarship and creative activity.
Both the Board of Trustees and the President ensure an effective system of governance, in which faculty, students, administrators and trustees are in regular dialogue about the mission of the College. Emmanuel strives to be inclusive in all governing and organization activities, seeking input and feedback from all members of the community. Through attentiveness to feedback, Emmanuel identifies and responds to the College's needs.
