Important Forms

Who: All new students.
What: This health report, completed and signed by your doctor indicating you have had a physical exam within 12 months, is required of all new Emmanuel students. We suggest you keep a copy of the health report for your personal records.
When: All students must have this form completed before August 1, 2017. Any student who plans on playing a varsity sport at Emmanuel must have this form completed by August 1, or she/he will not be able to participate in the sport.

Who: All students.
What: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires all students enrolled at least 3/4 time to be enrolled in a health insurance plan.
If you have comparable health insurance coverage provided by a United States health insurance provider, you may waive enrollment in this plan by completing the health insurance waiver form at www.universityhealthplans.com. Those without qualifying coverage will need to complete the Health Insurance Enrollment Form. Both the enrollment and waiver forms are available at www.universityhealthplans.com.
When: The deadline to complete the waiver or enrollment form is August 9, 2017. Need help? Contact Student Financial Services.

Who: All students who wish to be considered for need-based financial aid from Emmanuel College.
What: The FAFSA is a free, federal form available at www.fafsa.gov that students must complete to be considered for need-based financial aid. Emmanuel's school code is 002147.
When: The 2017-2018 FAFSA is available at www.fafsa.gov. Emmanuel's priority filing date is February 15, 2017. Students who apply for need-based financial aid by the priority filing date should expect to receive an estimated financial aid award letter on a rolling basis, after the application is submitted and complete.

Who: You!
What: To let Emmanuel College know you'll be a member of the class entering in 2017, submit your enrollment form and enrollment deposit ($500 for resident students or $300 for commuter students) online or by mail to the Office of Admissions.
When: On or by May 1, 2017

Enroll Today

Who: International students enrolling at Emmanuel College for the Fall 2017 semester.
What: To study on an F-1 visa in the United States at Emmanuel College, you must receive an I-20 from Emmanuel.  You should complete and submit your I-20 application form as soon as possible if you are planning to attend Emmanuel College.
When: As soon as possible.

Who: Any student planning to live on campus in the fall.
What: Students living on campus must complete the Residence Life and Housing Lease and Preferences Questionnaire through MySaints, our internal communication portal, which will be accessible after you send in your enrollment form and enrollment deposit. This document should be submitted as soon as possible so you can be matched with an Emmanuel roommate. Watch your Emmanuel e-mail for more information. If you have sent in your deposit and haven't yet created your Emmanuel e-mail, click here to create your student account.
