Access Leadership
Access Leadership is a program developed to bring Emmanuel College students together from different majors, backgrounds, and class levels for the opportunity to listen to a speaker concerning leadership development areas and offer discussion time afterwards. The topics will challenge participants to examine their role as a college student in today's society and how taking on a leadership position can raise their daily expectations. Students that take part in these sessions will have the chance to take a positive step forward in their leadership capabilities on campus.
Through Access Leadership, it is projected that students will:
- obtain a stronger sense of leadership on the Emmanuel College campus.
- understand different viewpoints on leadership.
- network with students they may not normally interact with on a regular basis.
- create an environment of respect, leadership, and alliance.
