Message from the VP

As the Vice President for Student Affairs, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Student Life web pages.

Emmanuel has something for everyone and we encourage every student to get involved and contribute to the life and vitality of the campus. Our students are active in more than 50 student clubs and organizations, including Student Government, the Black Student Union and the Theater Guild, just to name a few. The campus is always bustling with activities that run the gamut from political debates to intramural competitions. And with Emmanuel’s location in the heart of Boston, Red Sox games at Fenway Park, art exhibits, harbor cruises and Broadway musicals are just steps or a subway ride away.

 Service to others is central to the Emmanuel College experience. Emmanuel students contribute significantly as volunteers throughout the Greater Boston community. From walking for hunger to tutoring Boston school children, service opportunities abound and are rewarding experiences you will never forget.

At Emmanuel College, you will be given individual attention and encouraged to develop intellectually, personally and professionally. Our faculty are scholars and experts in their fields, but their primary focus is you—giving you the tools to succeed both here at Emmanuel and long after you graduate.
