Academic Convocation
Opening ceremony dedicated to welcoming Emmanuel students, faculty and staff. All members of the College community are invited to attend.

Mass of the Holy Spirit 
The Mass of the Holy Spirit is a longstanding tradition among Catholic colleges and universities that dates back to 16th century Europe. The Mass serves as a means of invoking the Holy Spirit for guidance and wisdom throughout the academic year and allows the entire College community to come together and celebrate Emmanuel's mission and Catholic identity.

New Student Day of Service
Program for all new Emmanuel Students to learn about service opportunities in the Boston area.

Halo First-Year Classic
Academic and physical competition open to only incoming students. Join your classmates to compete for the Golden Dog Bowl.

Weeks of Welcome
We have a lot planned during the 6 weeks leading into mid-semester to help you acclimate to college and life at Emmanuel.
