Online Master of Science in Human Resource Management

The online format was developed to extend the reach of Emmanuel’s face-to-face Master of Science in Human Resource Management beyond Boston and Eastern Massachusetts. Now human resource professionals across the country can access Emmanuel’s tailored course content and dedicated faculty through an online, instructor-led, asynchronous learning format.

Expected Learning Outcomes
At the completion of the Online Master of Science in Human Resource Management, the student will:

Demonstrate a proficiency of knowledge in the areas of 1) leadership, 2) research methods, 3) compensation, 4) benefits, 5) recruitment, 6) labor relations, 7) organizational development, 8) strategy, 9) written and oral communication, 10) analysis, 11) ethics and behavioral science interventions.
