Graduate Certificate in Management & Leadership (MLC)

The Certificate in Management and Leadership is an intensive, integrated learning experience that prepares students to be effective leaders and managers in both private and not for profit organizations. The curriculum challenges students to develop skills that will allow them to think critically, be an effective communicator, create a vision rooted in ethical values, be a strategic thinker and leader and understand the global landscape of all types of industries.

Emmanuel College certificate programs are provided in an accelerated seven week face to face and online format.

MSM 9009 Leadership and Organizational Behavior
MSM 9015 Financial Management
MSM 9018 Leading Effective Teams
MSM 9019 Negotiation and Conflict Management
MSM 9028 Managing Diversity in Contemporary Organizations
MSM 9034 Strategic Planning and Management

Upon completion of the Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership, students have the option of continuing toward a Master of Science in Management (MSM) by successfully completing 18 additional credits at Emmanuel.
