What is your favorite thing about Emmanuel College?
The "family" you join when you are accepted to the college! I immediately felt at home on campus. The faculty, staff and environment are all very supportive and form a great home away from home.

What is your favorite thing to do in Boston?
Hmm, this is a tough one...EVERYTHING! I love the history of the city, so I love going for a walk through Beacon Hill, eating at a pub downtown with friends, or going to sit in one of the many parks within the city. You have to be sure to check out the Museum of Fine Arts, great on those cold winter days!

What is the one piece of advice you would give prospective students about the college process?
Get organized! The average senior applies to eight schools, and with each one having its own deadline for admission, financial aid and scholarships, it can get confusing pretty quickly. The last thing you want to do is miss a deadline. Create a “cheat sheet” of the important dates for each school and arrange them in chronological order on a wall in your house. I guarantee this will keep you up to date!

What is the most exciting aspect of working in Admissions?
For me it is meeting a student on the road, helping them through the admission process, and then seeing them as a happy student on campus. Nothing beats the feeling of helping students find their place!
