Requesting Transcripts

Official transcripts will be provided upon receipt of a written request of the student or graduate. The cost is $5.00 per transcript.  Checks should be made out to Emmanuel College. Download Transcript Request Form»

All requests must contain:

• first and last name
• social security number
• date of birth
• dates of attendance
• maiden name (if applicable)
• address to which the transcript should be mailed
• student's signature authorizing release of the transcript

Requests will be processed within 3-4 days once they are received by the Office of the Registrar.

Students can view their official grades online via the Online Academic Resources at the end of each semester. All athletes and first-year students, along with upperclass students on probation, receive mid-term grades from their academic advisors. The College will withhold copies of grade reports and transcripts of students under certain conditions, such as outstanding financial obligations and non-compliance with Massachusetts Immunization Law.
