Flatscreen Monitor Requests

Our new flatscreen monitors are located throughout the campus (Administration Building - 1st Floor, Jean Yawkey Center - Maureen Murphy Wilkens Atrium and outside of the Gymnasium, all residence hall foyers and the Cardinal Cushing Library foyer). The information on these monitors is updated weekly, throughout the academic year, by the Office of Marketing Communications (OMC).

Flatscreen information is based on the Web Calendar, and events that are not listed on the event calendar will not be posted on the flatsceen. Events must be on the web calendar five days prior to your event to ensure placement on the flatscreens. Please take advantage of the flatscreens as they are a highly visible and eco-friendly medium for advertising your event.

Requests for special events (i.e. a series of slides with Alumni Weekend-specific schedules and information, or Senior Week photo galleries and event details) must be made 3 weeks in advance to the OMC.
