Emmanuel Alumni Recognized for Alzheimer's Research

Emmanuel College alumni Michael Flaherty '07 has been recognized for his work as study investigator in the National Institute of Health-sponsored research examining the effect of Vitamin E on Alzheimer's disease. Flaherty presented the findings at the annual meeting of the American Geriatrics Society in Chicago. He is currently a second-year student at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME.
