Mission and Vision

Mission Statement:
Drawing from the Sisters of Notre Dame's historic commitment to serving as "contemplatives in action," it is the mission of the Mulvaney Leadership Institute to provide and integrate community-wide opportunities and programs at Emmanuel College that support leadership development towards the empowerment of others and the common good.

Vision Statement:
The Mulvaney Leadership Institute strives to be the preeminent leadership institute by developing and fostering effective and ethical leaders through the integration of values-based and ethics education, mindful and contemplative practices and systems-thinking habits to provide a foundation for transformative leadership.
